
This hybrid workshop, hosted by Dr. Shanda Jenkins will focus on the importance of faculty well-being and its role in thriving throughout the academic year. Participants will review current research while also exploring practical, evidence-based strategies for strengthening faculty well-being. The session will be interactive, giving participants opportunities to reflect on their own practices, identify stressors, and share approaches that work. Attendees will also learn tools and resources for cultivating a greater sense of balance and community. Whether joining in person or online, faculty will leave with a deeper understanding of their own well-being and actionable steps to support themselves and others.
