The Professional Sales minor is designed for careers involving personal customer interaction: account managers, sales managers, and development representatives. Interacting with customers to understand their unique needs, offer customized solutions, and effectively close business deals is critical to organizational success in every industry. The coursework of this minor trains these skills through hands-on exercises and real-life projects.
